Travis has now helped me sell my former home for top dollar, secure a short-term rental, and worked diligently on my behalf in the purchase of my new Arizona home. Travis helped me through what ended up being a very difficult process of purchasing a home. Two weeks before my close date, a horrible storm caused a massive tree to fall on the house I was purchasing. Needless to say , this created a very stressful environment, with lots of delays in the actual purchasing of the house. Travis walked me thru the whole process, from deciding whether or not to continue forward with the purchase, to delaying the close, to making sure the work was done to fix the house. Throughout the whole process Travis remained calm and supportive. He was readily available for questions at any time, he relentlessly contacted the other party to make sure we were kept in the loop with all issues with the house and he provided me with weekly updates about where we were in the repair process. Travis is an excellent real estate agent. I was very lucky to have been able to get his help. I needed to sale my condo in Mesa and purchase a condo in Scottsdale with I was still in Alaska. Travis was brilliant. Travis worked very diligently for me. He was able to negotiate top dollar for my Mesa condo while getting me a great deal on a Scottsdale condo. He also included my furniture in the Mesa condo price, thereby saving me the expense of having to move and store my furniture for the summer. He was there for me every step of the way and guided me through the entire process. He was never further away than a telephone call.
